En fait, il peut m\u00eame \u00eatre une formidable source de motivation pour le changement et la croissance personnelle&#8230; si on sait s&rsquo;en servir.<\/p><p>D&rsquo;abord, il faut comprendre que le stress n&rsquo;est pas une mal\u00e9diction moderne. Il s&rsquo;agit en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une r\u00e9action biologique tr\u00e8s ancienne qui nous a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 survivre en tant qu&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce. Face \u00e0 un danger imminent, notre corps d\u00e9clenche ce que l&rsquo;on appelle une r\u00e9action de \u00ab\u00a0lutte ou de fuite\u00a0\u00bb. Notre rythme cardiaque s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, nos muscles se tendent, notre esprit s&rsquo;\u00e9claircit.
